Scramble Weekly runs paid fantasy contests. You pay an entry fee, draft a roster of NFL players from a defined slate of games, and your roster scores points based on what those players actually do on the field. The entrants who score highest win prizes.
Outcomes depend on your judgement in selecting players. Contests are not wagers on the outcome of any single game or event, and no prize is determined by chance alone. The draft order within a contest is randomised and re-drawn each round; that determines when you pick, not whether you win.
To play a free points game you give us an email address and a display name. We use them to run your drafts and to tell you when paid contests open. We record which drafts you played and whether you finished them.
We do not sell your address. You can ask us to delete your record at any time and we will.
What we collect. Your email address and display name, the contests you enter and how you finish in them, your points balance, and ordinary technical records such as IP address and browser type that any website receives. If you fund a wallet, the payment is handled by our payment and wallet providers — we never see or store your card details.
What we do with it. Run your contests, credit your winnings, keep your account secure, meet our legal obligations, and email you about the service. We use service providers — hosting, statistics, wallet and payment processing — who may process this data on our behalf and only on our instructions.
Marketing email. We may email you about contests opening. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link and identifies us as the sender; unsubscribing is honoured and does not affect emails we must send about your account, such as a contest settling.
Your choices. You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and the personal data in it, and we will act on that request. Deleting your account ends your entries and forfeits any unwithdrawn balance.
How long we keep it. While your account is open, and afterwards only as long as we need to for legal, tax and anti-fraud purposes.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in and wallet secure. We cannot reverse a transaction made from your account, and we cannot recover a wallet you lose access to.
Holding more than one account, or entering a contest on someone else's behalf, voids any prize from the affected contests.
The prize pool is the total of all entry fees, less a service fee that funds running the contests. The fee percentage is shown in Settings, is applied before prizes are calculated, and is capped in the escrow contract so it cannot be raised after you have paid in.
Prize amounts shown on a contest are what a winning entrant receives — the fee is already deducted. Prizes are credited when a contest settles and are withdrawn by you.
Some contests are free to enter and award points rather than money. Points are a scorekeeping device. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, bought, sold or transferred between accounts, and confer no ownership of anything. We may adjust a points balance to correct an error, and we may retire points entirely, without owing you anything.
A free contest is otherwise a real contest: the same slate, the same roster rules and the same scoring as a paid one. Nothing is staked in it and nothing is owed on it.

Scoring uses published NFL statistics from our stated data source.
When a contest settles. A contest is scored once official statistics have been published for every game in its slate, and normally within 24 hours of the final game in that slate. A slate that includes Monday night football therefore settles on Tuesday. Prizes are credited at settlement.
Stat corrections. Statistics are sometimes amended after a game. A correction published before a contest settles is used. Settlement is the cut-off: once a contest has settled and prizes have been credited, the result is final and later corrections are not applied — not to the standings, and not to prizes already paid. This is the standard practice across paid fantasy contests, and it exists so a result cannot be reopened days later against someone who has already been paid.
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. Where a failure on our side prevents a contest being run or fairly scored, the remedy is a refund of your entry fee for that contest. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything beyond the entry fees you paid into the affected contest.
Talk to us first. Most problems are a scoring question or a payment that has not landed, and both are quicker to fix directly. Contact us and give us 30 days to resolve it before starting formal proceedings.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be held in Tennessee or, at your election, by telephone, video, or on written submissions only. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Individually, not as a class. Disputes are brought in your individual capacity. Neither of us may bring a class, collective or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class proceeding. If this paragraph is found unenforceable, the whole of this arbitration section does not apply.
Small claims. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
You can opt out. You may reject this arbitration agreement by telling us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Opting out costs you nothing and affects nothing else; the rest of these terms still apply.

You may ask us to close your account or to bar you from entering paid contests at any time, and we will act on that request.
We may change these terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to a contest you have already paid into — the terms in force when you entered govern that contest.
